ProVista’s Hog Operations

The livestock industry in general has been a key to the success of the thriving community of Steinbach and the surrounding areas.  An aggressive and ambitious Canadian Pork industry, along with forward-looking politicians, as well as growth-oriented and encouraging leaders have paved the way for the South East Manitoba region to establish itself as a world leader in the production of hogs.

ProVista’s primary focus is weanling sales.  ProVista has sales agreements with Maple Leaf, HyLife, and Midwestern USA pork producers and packers.

ProVista uses Danbred, Genesus, Fast, and PIC genetics.
